Through the Michael Stars Foundation it has focused on equality, and have been supporting grassroots organizations for over 20 years. It also continues to produce the majority of its garments locally in LA to ensure quality production and fair wages for those making the clothes.

Michael Stars takes a mindful approach to its sourcing, manufacturing, and design. The brand uses sustainable fabrics whenever possible and over 85% of its garments are made in our hometown of Los Angeles to ensure the quality of product and the reduction of its carbon footprint. The brand is proud to say that an average Michael Stars tee lasts for years… keeping them in closets instead of landfills.
